RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  

This policy sets out the terms and conditions, on fulfilment of which ‘ Labels with Aura ’ may permit you to either (i) return the products and/or (ii) exchange them for other products.  

  • This policy applies to all the products sold by ‘ Labels with Aura ’ through the Website  
  • You are requested to read our Terms and Conditions and other policies available on the Website in addition to this policy as the same are binding upon you.  

 

Conditions for Returns or Exchange:   

Product details clearly specify whether the product is returnable/exchangeable or not. Please refer to the details carefully.  

 

Labels with Aura ’ has a simple and hassle-free return and/or exchange policy (wherever applicable) for certain products purchased from the Website provided the following conditions are fulfilled:  

       

  • For apparel, we offer a 3-day return policy. However, customised styles are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.  
  • Jewellery and accessories are non-returnable/non-exchangeable. Blouses are also non-returnable/non-exchangeable.  
  • Products which are on warehouse sale are also non-returnable/non-exchangeable.  
  • For Returns or Exchange timelines, Please check the return policy under the shipping details of any product. ‘ Labels with Aura may update this from time to time and without any prior intimation to you.  
  • The product must be returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, freebies, if any, and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product.  
  • Any product sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unworn, unused, or unwashed. Products that are found to be worn, used, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted for return or exchange.  
  • Any footwear sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unused. Thus, footwear worn for trial purposes must be done on a carpeted surface. Footwear with worn soles will not be accepted for return or exchange.  
  • Products returned under this policy will be subject to quality testing/inspection.  
  • In case of any return/exchange/alteration request for international orders, a restocking or return-handling-fee of USD 55 or 21% of the product-selling value, whichever is lower, will be applicable.  
  • In case of any return/exchange/alteration request for India orders, certain return-requests may incur a restocking or return-handling-fee of INR 200 or 5% of product-selling-price. The exact return-handling-fee for a specific user will depend on the frequency of returns on our platform. Returns will be blocked for those users whose return rate is greater than 60%.  
  • Return-handling-fee will be deducted from the amount that is refunded to the original source of payment when executing the refund.  
  • Complaints for missing/damaged/wrong items delivered should be raised within 48 hours of delivery.  
  • In the event that the product to be returned satisfies the Refund Criteria, you will be entitled to a refund of the consideration for such product which will be credited to the original account/mode of payment or issued in the form of credit notes. Where Refund Criteria means any one of the following cases –    
    a) The product purchased by you does not conform to the characteristics or features listed on our website. b) The product purchased by you is delivered later than 20 days from the stated delivery schedule, except where such delay is on account of unforeseeable circumstances out of our control or any other force majeure.    
  • Labels with Aura ”  reserves the right to reject any request for the return and/or exchange of any products without giving any reasons for the same. In such cases, products will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.  
  • Customised or special delivery orders cannot be returned/exchanged.  
  • Labels with Aura ’ offers hassle free shopping with easy return and exchange options.  
  • However, some clients attempt to misuse the system and start returning their products more frequently, without realising how their decision is going to adversely affect their return rate.When customers opt to return a product, the system records their return rate and if the return rate is higher than average, then customers are charged a restocking or return-handling-fee.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION  

 

INDIA  

FREE shipping is offered to all clients all over India on all items above 1500/-, except few home decor items. Shipping charges will be calculated on these selected decor items depending on their weight and handling at the time of checkout. A delivery fee of Rs.125 will be charged for order values below Rs. 1,500 for deliveries within India.  

 

INTERNATIONAL  

FREE shipping all over the world on orders above $1000/-!!! (upto 5 kg)  

 

For international orders below $1000/-,Shipping charges will be calculated as follows:  

 

Orders below Rs.15000/-, the shipping will be Rs.2000/- + variable shipping charges depending on the destination country.  

 

Orders between Rs 15000/- to 50000/- ,the shipping charges will be Rs.1450+variable shipping charges depending on destination country.  

 

Orders between Rs.50000/- to 80000/-, the shipping charges will be Rs.1000+variable shipping charges depending on destination country.  

 

Variable shipping charges may vary country wise. Normally its range is between Rs.2700-3200/-  We deliver to more than 180 countries in the world with various reliable options.  

 

DUTIES AND TAXES  

 

For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of Indian taxes and VAT.  

 

For customers overseas, all product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As a recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in, for which payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival .  

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION  

On completion of your order,you will receive confirmation on screen as well as on email. In case there are any issues with processing your order, you will be notified with an email.  

 

TRACKING ORDER  

Once you have placed an order, we will send you a tracking number/ AWB through an email or whatsapp message.  

 

DELIVERY  

The estimated delivery time of each product is mentioned on the product page. Please take note of the dates given before you proceed to checkout. Ready-to-ship orders take up to 24 hours to process.Make to order garments will be shipped within 6-8 weeks of receiving the order or as specified by the designer. Accessories will be shipped within 2 weeks, depending on the designer and product style.In case of urgent orders please contact our sales team at mk@labelswithaura.com   

 

Orders within India should reach the customer within 3-4 working days after the date of dispatch. Orders outside India should reach the customer within 6-8 working days after the date of dispatch. However ,in unforeseen circumstances, it may take a little longer.  

 

If there is an error in the shipping address you specified at the time of checkout, please email us at support@labelswithaura.com or call us immediately. We are unable to change a shipping address or redirect orders once items have been dispatched.  

 

If a product is damaged upon arrival, either refuse to accept it or notify us via email or phone within 24 hours of receipt.
